Dr. Nago is so through and caring. He listens and works hard to try to find solutions to my migraines. His office staff can be hard to cope with sometimes. However, I believe they are just overwhelmed.
Dr. Nago has been my neurologist for over 10 years. He treats my daily headaches resulting from 7 brain surgeries and a stroke. He not only works endlessly and never gives up and is the most compassionate doctor I have, he helps with other aspects of my health issues because he understands the challenges of my complex medical history. Dr. Nago is nothing short of amazing, compassionate and willing to do whatever he can to help me. I agree with other’s analysis that Dr. Nago is an effective physician. However his administrative follow up and that of his office is seriously lacking and deeply frustrating. Update: Dr. Nago's office remains insanely frustrating to work with. The staff make numerous mistakes, delaying care & the receiving of prescriptions. I wish I could start over somewhere else but the wait time for new doctors is months long.
