I had a complete rotator cuff repair in March 2024 by Dr. Braden Mayer. I sent a message to Dr. Braden Mayer on December 20, 2024 about waking up in 8 out of 10 pain and still having to sleep on one side, and continuing Physical Therapy. His assistant contacted me end of day 3 days later (Dec 23) to ask me if I wanted to get an MRI instead of one of them just placing the order. No one answers the phone in the clinic. I am truly in awe of the care I received by Dr. Mayer and the CU Medicine staff. I walked in with a debilitating knee injury and they all went out of their way to help relieve the stress and pain that came with the injury. Thanks to them, I am on the path to a fully functioning right knee and I am just so grateful for how well they took care of me. I’ve been in so many medical offices over my lifetime and this was truly a uniquely delightful experience.
