We recently moved into Grove Estates and property manager Bahrije Berisha has been wonderful. We moved from out of province which adds an extra level of uncertainty during the application process but Bahrije was quick to answer any questions I had. Since our actual move in she has been incredibly helpful and the speedy response to the couple of concerns I had has been greatly appreciated. Thank you!

She made the whole rental experience smooth and stress-free. Her communication and attention to detail are excellent, and she truly cares about making sure everything is going well. She was attentive to the little details and made sure my new home was clean, freshly painted, and ready for me to move in. Her communication, willingness to help, and genuine care throughout the process made a la... read more
I had an amazing experience having Branislav show me some of the Properties. I was a bid indecisive about what size home i wanted to move into to, but Brainslav was so patient and so kind and so honest. He gave me some recommendations after asking a few questions that really helped me. Very polite and professional. Strongly recommend him. Thank you Brainslav
