(for Kirkwood Place) The pictures of the apartment were absolutely stunning, however I felt it was too good to be true so I started reading reviews on Kirkwood Place and I was completely overwhelmed with the reviews of the Manager Gordon Milne! Valdrin was very professional, punctual, attentive. He booked the viewing around my work schedule, confirmed appointment. answered all questions. Provided me with a list of documents required. Confirmed walk thru in advance. Was a pleasure working with him. Friendly, always smiling and courteous.

My family and I just moved into the Fernwood Apartments ran by Bahrije Berisha. She has been wonderful to deal with throughout the process of applying and moving in! As with any new rental there are some small issues we have had so far but she responds instantly and is quick to find a solution.
