The worst in business practices. You didn't verify the name on a check so you get at me calling in an aggressive manner simply bc Im exposing this poor oversight by misspelling the creditors name that's written all in the closing contract? I'm requesting a partial refund for the mean attorney calling me on yesterday bulling and being her Nubian natural self. Costing delays in my car payment that was due on the 7th. of Sept. This was un called for and very unprofessional. Errors cost everyone something.
Darrell is a fantastic relator. He helped us sell our home and find our dream house in our quick time frame and was available day and night to answer our questions and work on contract. Very knowledgeable of all Jacksonville areas, housing market and great recommendations for loaners and home inspectors. He had our full trust. I would recommend this company to everybody!
Just wanted to say how great Dattell was. He managed our property for 10 years and helped maintain our property to stay in excellent condition. When we decided to sell our property, it was an easy process. We sold our house and closed quickly. Darrell and Joseph will go over and beyond for their customers. We have used Darrell for over 10 years and always received excellent service.
We currently rent through Brady and Brady and our manager is Joseph. We have had such a great experience renting with this company that we renewed with no hesitation. Recently we had an issue with our AC on a Sunday that was addressed same day. I know this is not the typical turnaround time so Ireally felt #blessed to have cool air running before bedtime.In general, so far we have had a great experience here and would recommend them.
