I have lived at Braddock Lee 21 years. The community has lovely, well maintained grounds, many 60+ years old large trees and shrubs. The brick apartment houses are well built and quiet. The maintenance staff is prompt, skilled, and courteous. The office is quickly responsive to any concerns presented and very courteous and professional. Nice neighbors. I love it here! No place is perfect but for me, this is close.
Met with Ms. Melony and discussed a 1 bedroom apartment. She was very pleasant and answered all of my questions.
The Maintenance staff is very responsive & solution-oriented. In 2 years, I haven’t had any issues that they were not able to resolve & usually within a timely manner. I really appreciate these gentlemen, they’ve made my stay here very pleasant!!
