I lived there 10 years and they have raised the rent year after year with no stop. Every year rate increase. Don't like it ?move!. They like to non renew leases to owners and force you to move the trailer, or they try to do some sketchy stuff to get ownership of trailers. They dont like owners, they want to rent them all. They own 50 plus trailer parks all over. Owner doesn't care about you. Its a business nothing more and your just a number. All the hidden fees and charges. Beware!
Great neighborhood walking distance to the main bypass strip
Very nice mobile home park. Nice lots, clean and tidy. We had lost a dog in there and finally found her so thank u for everyone who helped.
