Lot rent has gone up consistently since I moved in 5 years ago, now they are increasing it again to include spectrum. A service I don't want. The roads, driveways, and trees should be dealt with before another scam to add to profit.
I am so sick of this mobile home park. I haven't got my head above water and now they are raising lot rent $20 more dollars after raising it $20 in January bringing lot rent to 435$ a month now and for an extra screw you they are now making spectrum internet and cable MANDATORY at $65 a month to be added to our park services bill making lot rent now $500 to including services NOT ASKED FOR, even if we refuse the service!!!
