Without a doubt the most incredible service received from an auto body shop. Repairs were perfect, customer service was exceptional - never thought that an auto body shop would truly wow in the customer service department, but Bradan Coachworks delivers above and beyond expectations. Their attention to detail and professionalism made what could have been a stressful experience completely hassle-free. Highly recommend to anyone needing quality auto body work!
Work was done great however the customer service by the secretary was totally unprofessional Left so many messages and they were never delivered And never answered After 2 months in the shop waiting for an answer the insisted that the car was done by the weekend They took over 3 months to repair my car And i still have not received my paperwork for the final repairs I have no complaints about the workmanship the they at least they could have a better customer service!
Best of the best! Wouldn't trust anybody other than Doug to tow my vehicle!! He treats your vehicle as if it's his own and provides amazing fast service. Highly recommended.
Best BMW body shop there is on Long Island! They got everything perfect and made the car look brand new again! Extremely nice people and will help you every way they can.
