Visited Windham Motor company with high expectations on purchasing a vehicle, but unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. Prior to my visit, I called to confirm the availability of a particular car and spoke with Martin, who instructed me to ask for him upon arrival. If I could give it 0 stars i would this place needs to be inspected or closed down!!!! but let me say they sell cars that don’t even work and after you buy them they won’t be responsible for it or take accountability for the cars that they sell. I bought mine 6 months ago and i’ve only used it 1 month since it’s been in the shop atleast i have a case with a lawyer BUT THESE CARS ARE HORRIBLE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!! DONT RECOMMEND!! BE CAREFUL!!! these people are shady!!!!
I recently spent several days looking at cars at multiple dealerships in Charleston. I decided to do business with Windham Motor Company based on their very impressive customer service and their pricing. On a limited budget the staff did not attempt to have me buy a more expensive car then I set out to buy. This was not the case at all of the other dealerships. My Toyota is great! I love it and hopefully I won’t be in the market again for a long time but when I need a car I’ll start my search at Windham Motors.
