This practice’s internal disorganization resulted in my care being abruptly discontinued, leaving me without necessary medication and causing withdrawal twice. I have a documented history of full compliance, yet no safeguards were in place to prevent this. Prospective patients should be aware of the risks and carefully evaluate whether this practice can provide consistent, responsible care.

Doctor's should be better than this. With all the training, you'd think they would be. Unfortunate experience with him as a former patient. Pain mgmt shouldn't be this hard for compliant patients. Patients that 100% follow the rules, should never be treated the way him and this place has treated myself. Truly a miserable experience that I hope is resolved with some lessons being learned in patients care and management. VDH will hopefully resolve this problem.

I am very excited to receive injections for my pain. Dr Stovall assessed me and gave me clear instructions on how to prepare, the process and recovery for the upcoming procedures. He actively listened to me. I am excited we have a game plan. He is knowledgeable and I can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does which really matters. I'm very happy under his care and I look forward to getting back to my normal self. Thank you for helping me.
