Brad Smith is professional and wonderful to work with. He is very responsive and has helped us with several loans at this point. Cardinal is nice to work with because you can submit everything online at your own convenience and they send a notary to you at the end of the process to finalize the loan.
I personally did not have a lot of communication with Brad. The times that I did communicated with Brad. He was knowledgeable, friendly and supportive. We are excited that he will continue to be that as we step into our endeavor. The closing was scheduled for 8/28/25 at the lawyers office to sign the documents and it went off without a hitch.
