Dr. Simons has no regard for his patients who wait hours, literally numerous hours to see him! Today, September 10, 2025 my grandson's appointment was at 08:30 am and the doctor strolled in at 09:55 am. (I asked different staff members if doctor had come in yet to verify he was late); this was not the first time this has happened to me, where the doctor had been blatently late. DO NOT GO HERE!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Unfortunately I didn’t read the reviews before going. I wish I had. They overbook patients. It is impossible for the doctor to thoroughly evaluate and treat patients when they are booked in 10 minute intervals. Our appointment was at 10:50am we didn’t get called in until 12:50pm and didn’t see the doctor until 1:20pm. They are inconsiderate of anyone’s time.
