Do not trust Brad Schmett or Barbara Corcoran as they advertise on their regional commercial that you can get out of your real estate deal "for any reason." They did not let me out of my deal, and actually worked to lock me in the deal, even threatening to sue me if I backed out and didn't sign the closing papers, instead of graciously allowing me to back out of the sale of my house. In the end, money ruled their business decisions, and they did NOT put their client first.
