Ben is an absolute pleasure to work with. He does a great job of breaking down what is normally difficult to understand for the average Joe (insurance), to where you understand what you’re buying before moving forward. Would recommend him and Brad Romine’s practice to anyone.
I moved to Clemmons 6 yrs ago and have been with State Farm 40+ yrs and was referred by prior agency out of state to Brad Romine State Farm. I know insurance is expensive but you want to know if you have any issues your agent is going to be there for you. Everyone at the office is great but I just want to say Ben Humphrey is the best. Whether just answering questions or actually helping with claims he will do whatever he can to walk you through the process and explain any questions I have. Thank you State Farm.
