If you want the best service at the best price, do not go anywhere else. Brad and his team are AMAZING. I'm dealing with an accident where the other driver was ticketed. The other driver is ghosting their insurance company. Brad and his team are 100% on it! I won't mention the other insurance company, but you are in Great Hands with Brad and State Farm!!
Earlier this afternoon I had left a review I'm going to change because it was written hastily. I had tried to call and speak to brad for the 3rd time and felt it wasn't important enough for him to reach out. they have a wonderful team, and I should have relied on them more. I've been with State Farm for 10 years and Brad has been my agent for 3. I highly recommend him for anyone shopping around, he and his team are by far the best I've worked with at State Farm. Always professional and responsive. I use them for home, car, and life insurance and have never had any issues.
Always helpful, pleasant to work with made sure all information was in good standing coverage explanations understandable patient with older persons (myself) pleasure doing business with as are all the Statefarm employees and offices. Highly recommend this insurance agency over the many out there.
