Just called to see if they are accepting new patients because we are switching insurance carriers and they are one of the few in town that accept the insurance. The receptionist said they were taking new clients but when I mentioned the insurance she laughed and said "We are not taking new patients for that insurance" and hung up on me. I can honestly say I've never been treated more rudely by a supposed "professional" practice in my life.
