I was looking for a new dentist as i chipped a front tooth. I read the positive reviews and emailed Dr. Pitts at the email address on his website. Three days have passed and I have not heard back. I guess they are too busy for new clients.
I’ve visited this dentist multiple times, but every time, I leave in excruciating pain. Despite having well-maintained teeth and taking care of them diligently, the hygienists here are exceptionally painful. I’ve had different hygienists, but the recent experience was particularly distressing. When I left the office, my gums and teeth were covered in blood. The hygienists clean your teeth and then use a tool to pick at them, resulting in a bloody mouth/teeth when you leave.
Thanks for a great dentist day! we were thoroughly pleased with the high quality of our visit. The best cleaning ever! The office, Hygienists, and the Dentist all were above expectations.
