Brad is a good guy, he tries to make things right if things go wrong.
The water from my well turned very murky so I called this company to come out and figure out why my well water is dirty. They come out and take samples of my water and leave. Didn't do anything to my system. A couple weeks go by and I get a bill for 180 dollars for their service. What service did they perform, they never called me or came back out to explain why my water is dirty. So I called them and asked questions they said they would have their technican call me. I normally don’t write reviews for companies I haven’t used directly, but I felt this one was deserved. I was traveling across the country after coming from Europe when my car wouldn’t start in a very tight parking space. By pure chance, I met Josh, one of Brad Malley Well Drilling’s employees, who had just finished what I can only imagine was a long day on the job. Needed a well in Harrison, Mi. I already had purchased a well permit and looked at the location with health department plus I called Miss Dig. I called Brad Malley well drilling on a Friday, Josh was out Monday a.m. he confirmed location, we signed contract and Big Jim and his Versa Drill rig were turning drill rod by 9:30 Wednesday morning, out by noon leaving behind a 72 foot, 5” well producing 80 to 100 gallon per minute!!
