We recently worked with Brad on purchasing a home. We were moving from North Carolina and really needed someone who could be our go to for everything, and Brad did just that! He was knowledgeable and honest with us when looking at homes and after we made a choice communicated with us every step of the way. Rushed process to sell and buy a new home. Closing date pushed back. That was the beginning and all on the seller's end. Plumbing and electrical were in contract to be fixed. Took 2 weeks for the plumbing to get 'fixed'. Now 2 weeks later I have water in my basement from a backed up drain. Took over a month for the electrical to get started to be fixed and it's going on a week of work. I say all that, to say that Brad and his team have been on the phone getting this work done ASAP.
