Used Brad Korn to buy our first home and he was very helpful from taking time to show us several homes to helping with everything and getting everything done to purchase the home,great guy to work with and will definitely recommend him to anybody that is buying a home if I ever buy another home I will be coming back to him,thank you for all the help and getting us into our first home it is greatly appreciated.
We recently worked with Brad on purchasing a home. We were moving from North Carolina and really needed someone who could be our go to for everything, and Brad did just that! He was knowledgeable and honest with us when looking at homes and after we made a choice communicated with us every step of the way. Rushed process to sell and buy a new home. Closing date pushed back. That was the beginning and all on the seller's end. Plumbing and electrical were in contract to be fixed. Took 2 weeks for the plumbing to get 'fixed'. Now 2 weeks later I have water in my basement from a backed up drain. Took over a month for the electrical to get started to be fixed and it's going on a week of work. I say all that, to say that Brad and his team have been on the phone getting this work done ASAP. Brad Korn and his team of real estate experts are some of the best, if not the best, realtors in the Kansas City area. I know for a fact he is able to help you get the top dollar out of your home and is one of the best character guys in real estate in our area. You will just enjoy being around him and seeing all the energy he has to work for you!
Brad has ignored me for several days now. I reached out to him to try and sell a home and everything seemed good to go. He stated he'd research the home and call me back after the weekend. I have not received any call back and my calls and emails go unanswered. Brad, if you don't want to work with someone - at least have the decency to tell them instead of acting like a high schooler. Find a different realtor.
