We had a great experience selling our home using Brad as our agent. He is very knowledgeable and responds very quickly to questions. He makes the entire process easy and puts together a great game plan which he carries out on schedule. He pays attention to detail. There were no last second emergencies due to mistake or forgotten items. We had to move out of town so much of the process occurred remotely for us and he was able to take care of all issues.
