PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!. My daughter got in a car accident a few months ago and we hired Brad and his two sons. After Brad found out we did not want to proceed with any more doctor visit. My experience with Brad Huston Law Firm was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. My dad and I were repeatedly told that a settlement offer would be sent to the insurance company, and we were told this twice over the course of two months. Unfortunately, we later found out that the offer was never sent at all, despite being told otherwise. Communication was poor, and we felt misled throughout the process. I guess in less you are trying to go for a million dollar case this company treats you like dirt. My daughter did not want to go through with back injections so we asked to settle her case. They said they would put together a settlement in a day or so. Three weeks pass and we called and he said he forgot! If you want an attorney who will truly advocate for you without you having to do the legwork, look elsewhere. Josh attempted to have me sign off on a settlement before confirming crucial medical lien details. I felt he had the firm’s "quick payout" in mind rather than my best interest.
