Unfortunately, our experience renting a property managed by an individual(Brad Hopkins) who is an agent affiliated with EXIT Realty (not an owner of the company) was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Although the home was owned by his In-laws, the property was managed through his real estate affiliation, and he was the primary and sole point of contact for rent, repairs, and maintenance throughout our tenancy.
