I spoke with him for quite sometime about my moms mobile home that is owner occupied and where you own the land, before I hired him. I thought he understood that some houses can be more desirable. Instead he gives me a appraisal by judging the value of other homes that sold and are 30 years older! They are from the 70's! These homes were pulled out and new ones brought in, it was land value only. How disappointing, a waste of time and money. It sold for a LOT more then you thought it was worth.
