Worst mortgage transaction I've ever been involved with. I've done over 150+ deals. I had to send the same paper work in multiple times. Didn't see the closing statement until 2 hours before the closing. I had to over fund the escrow account because Brad couldn't give me an accurate number tbe day before closing (funds had to be ONLY wired in, no bank checks allowed). It was a horror show.
RecommendedBrad is professional, knowledgeable, and kind. He took the time to explain everything to us so that we never felt lost. There were no hidden surprises and he truly exceeded our expectations. You can tell he loves his job and his clients.
