Horrible place do yourself a favor and drive down to ABQ to get honest and professional work done elsewhere..... Went here for accident repairs and took 6 grand from my insurance and gave me back a broken truck...took back multiple times no results... The repairs where not done correctly and now stuck with a repair bill.....

I took my vehicle there so my insurance adjuster could give me a quote for hail damage. I planned to have Brad Francis do the repairs. They said they would call the next day to schedule an appointment. They never called. I called them and was told they would call back the next day. That was over 3 weeks ago and I have not been called/emailed. I will not go back and do not recommend them.
The sales manager Damion was awful, we went to a tent event at Walmart on Friday, March 22nd, 2013 and he was trying to sell us a car, a DIRECTV guy was there helping with their TV outside. Damion chest bumped this poor guy, and was yelling in his face. It was extreamely unprofessional and we will never go back to Brad Francis to purchase another car. FIND ANOTHER DEALERSHIP
