Brad was amazing in helping me in finding and buying my first house. He is the utmost professional and is very knowledgeable in his craft. I was able to determine all of the things I would like in a house. From there he created a database of only the houses that fit those characteristics. He would send me updates on available houses based on that and houses he thought would be worth a look at practically on a daily basis.
