If i could give this place a negative star i would. This place is a COMPLETE JOKE! I bought a car from them from Texas did all the financing over the phone. They were nice enough to drive the car 3 hours away for me however once I received the car it had a HORRIBLE ciggaret smell (something I probably should of asked but I would of never guessed it would of smelt that bad ) stains all in the back seat pulled the cup holder in the back down and there was a a half eaten french fry with crumbs every where. Their word is no good . They sold us a vehicle. I sent a relative to buy one ,they did . Told I would receive 200 for the referral. This has been now about 3 months , no 200 bucks . They are making up excuses now ,like they did when they did not have a title on the vehicle they sold my wife and I. Use to buy a vehicle every 2 years from Durant Ford for over 30 years . Since having cancer and going through chemo I had to do a consolidation on several accounts so I could manage them instead of just skipping out on the bills. So knowing my credit score had dropped due to this I went online and applied for financing before going in so that I wouldn't be wasting time. Worst experience with car dealership. No customer service. NEVER able to talk to the person you need to talk to and they NEVER return your phone calls or text messages. We declined extended warranty and did not sign contracts for it but they sent our info to the finance company anyway. Now we are being harassed by these people who say the dealership has to cancel the contract THE CONTRACT WE DECLINED AND DID NOT SIGN but THE DEALERSHIP NEVER RETURNS YOUR PHONE CALLS.
