Horrible service. Called him for hours. We switched from USAA WHICH WAS THE FIRST MISTAKE AND HE SAID HE WOULD BE MATCHING POLICIES WHICH of COURSE HE did not. I would never use this insurance agent or company. Horrible service and run around. He has lots of friends reviewing him but no clients.
What a pleasure it was speaking with Chris.. Not only was he extremely understanding of my unique situation, he also gave me the best rates ever. And believe me I called them all. Very helpful and patient.. I couldn't of asked for a better rate. Chris was hands down the hero of the day for me. State Farm really came through for me. I love State Farm!
