It’s very easy to share our experience with Balinda, at Brad Deery Ford in Maquoketa, Iowa. I can do it with one word-(GREAT, WONDERFUL, FUN, EXCELLENT, SUPER, KNOWLEDGEABLE, RELAXED! Well, that’s a few more than one word, but they are all right on! It was a great pleasure to be guided by Balinda instead of the regular “CAR SALESPERSON”. Larry did a great job helping find the perfect truck for my family. He was knowledgeable, fair, friendly, and patient while we decided what to do. We have had the Truck for two weeks and everything is as he said with it. Also we are grateful for the 3 year warranty for a little extra. For over 80,000 miles normally that is hard to get. Both him and the manager stayed late and worked with us very well thank you!
Was scheduled to look at a vehicle at 5pm and they sold it and didn't even both to message me till I called. Imagine needing a 1k deposit on a vehicle you haven't even seen, that isn't refundable. Will never do business with this place.
