Dr. Butler is a good listener, provides good honest answers to my questions and conditions and quick results (using MyChart app). He referred me to specialists when required to tackle targeted problem areas. I can't ask for more, very happy with him and his staff. I recommend him to anyone as a very good family doctor.

Dr did not check my body, just asked questions. Did Labs same day as appointment even though I called a few times in advance to question why I would not have labs done in advance for Annual Physical. Received call from office a few days later saying my Labs were fine but no details. Got Labs online. I am pre-diabetic now and my cholesterol is higher than ever and changed from prior year labs. Excellent physician, takes time with patients.
Butler NEVER listens! I told him 5 years ago that my brother had prostate cancer ( i was mid 50's then) and he NEVER had my PSA's checked. I went to him this week with pains in that area of the body. WITHOUT getting tests results back he prescribed an RX that specifically states " Not for people with PROSTATE family history. I have also talked to him about the tinnitus .. he said that was due to my diabetes ( also attributed my ED to that) NEVER HAD hearing TESTED. I saw Erica PA for my appointment. The nurse Margaret and she were the friendliest people in medicine I have ever met. Taking time was an understatement. Both were great listeners and showed true care!
Dr Butler, is a very compassionate doctor. His bed side manners are excellent. He listens to his patients and always spend more time with you.
Dr.Butler is an amazing Dr! He is unique because he is very much and mind, body, and spirit dr. He has been my Dr. For the past 8 years and I have felt from the beginning that he has my best intrest in mnd. He is willing to discuss problems I'm having and figure out solutions that make me most comfortable.
Their bedside manner and treatment of my son is terrible. They do as little as humanly possible. Usually, the most help I get from them is a doctor's note. They refused to acknowledge my son has ADHD. I had to jump through hoops to get a specialist to diagnose him. Dr. Butler is more of a preacher than a doctor. They don't make any attempts to do work ins and they close early. They have a different PA every time I go there. I would not suggest this doctor's office to my worst enemy.
My experience with Dr.Butler hasn't been helpful.I've been sick with a bad cough for a week.My back is hurting from COUGHING non stop.Haven't been able to sleep.I've been very miserable.I called on the 28th After trying over the counter cough medicine.Did Not Work.And Dr.Butler called me in cough syrup that ISN'T COVERED by my insurance.I'm disabled & have very limited income.I talked to Whitney who told me Dr.Butler said to just go get some over the counter cough medicine.Issue NOT resolved.
