Last fall, I had Smith come check my AC system. He determined I had a bad ac valve but said I could continue to run the system. While smith would order the valve , 9 months later smith still won’t return my text or calls, their pre recording says text for faster service. The most dangerous liars are those that are pleasing to the face with no internist in your welfare. Smith could service the community better by being up front on what they will or will not work on.
