We purchased a home from Brad. He didn’t disclose in major break in the sewer line that was discovered during my inspection. I’m not sure if he was legally obligated to let me know given the timing of the discovery but as a human being I’m really disappointed in him. This could’ve caused serious damage to my home. I think he’s a really bad person for making this choice. I wouldn’t work with him because he could put you in a potentially liable position
