I was told by my dentist that I might need a root canal, so some of my neighbors suggested I call Dr. Ching's office. He was able to see me within a few days for an evaluation. He confirmed that I needed one, and luckily, there was a cancelation, so I was able to get the root canal done the same day. He explained the disease process with pictures and was very professional. They don't accept insurance and demand payment in advance of procedures. Also experienced substantial residual pain & swelling for several days after 2 root canal procedures which cost almost $4000.00 !!

Today I had a retrograde root canal, and I must confess I was a wee bit nervous about it. I really shouldn't have been, because I have the utmost confidence in Dr. Ching at Apex Endodontics - he has been taking care of patients from my general dentistry practice for over 20 years! I went in for a root canal on Monday. Today’s Thursday I am still in excruciating pain and the root canal was never finished. Because of the abuse he did to my mouth I have to wait three weeks to complete the root canal. To say that I am unhappy with Dr. Chang is an understatement.
