Sarah was pleasant with a good engaging Spirit. I presume she knows what she’s talking about and I have confidence in that. Also, Victoria was very engaging and friendly and efficient.
I prefer someone that does not rush through an appointment and can offer me eye contact. Maturing may come with experience.
Overbooked and running late The providers here are trying to do their job, but they have too many patients booked. My appointment at 8:10am was already delayed 20 minutes. The management of this clinic needs to allow for longer appointments so that everyone's time is respected.
