I called this morning to try to get a motor for my vehicle. He was trying to sell me a dream over the phone $1500 for a motor. That’s not bad nowadays the issue came in a place when I asked them can I come and check the motor out and look at it before I purchase it that’s when he lost it and told me to take his word for it.
I called Bracy yesterday to request a rear end for my truck. Regrettably, he exhibited rude and impatient behavior. It seems that Rob has neglected the principles of good customer service and the influence of reviews. I recommend not doing business with this company.
