We’ve bought a couple of cars. These guys are great, friendly, knowledgeable, and honest.
Worst experience ever! Paul was equal parts unprofessional and unaware of how to properly service his customers. Bought a car from Brackland's in St Catharines , Ontario in March 2024. Two days later, engine light came on. After months of delays and with very little help from him I had to get the complete engine replaced....AVOID THIS PLACE! Very untrustworthy.
I would like to share my experience with you purchasing a vehicle from bracklands auto . I did purchase a 2016 jeep cherokee limited from him less then 2 weeks ago. There were problems with the vehicle that I hadn't known were there. he addressed the situation almost immediately . He has a employee who's a younger guy who does some amazing work there working on cars. I would 110 % recommend buying a vehicle from Paul. Its car to trust a used car salesman these days.
