They say life time warranty on products but they even not care 1 year manufacture warranty. I email them invoice and they even not reply for 3 business days for warranty claim
WOW! Had a problem with the clamp that holds the phone. Called them and they asked to email pictures of the broken part. Wanted to buy replacement parts. They replied the same day asking for shipping info. They arrived a week later and I am from Canada. Not 1 put 2 complete mounts at no charge!! Awesome customer service!
