From the time the phones are answered, through dispatch, to the technicians... everyone was very kind and professional. Came out same day. Great work done at very reasonable price. Hope I never need repair again, but will absolutely keep the number as my go to in case. Five star all the way!
Honest rates & great customer service.
This is the worst company I have seen in the San Antonio area. I had my appt. set for Friday LAST WEEK, it is now Thursday of the following week and they have not showed up. We used this company faithfully in the past, I am not sure what happened to this company now but I would avoid them like the plague. If I could give them 0 stars I would. This has been the worst customer service/experience I have ever had with a company. If they continue to treat customers like this they will not be in business much longer.
Thanks for fast, efficient service today. Thought 2 of my toilets needed the workings in the tank replaced........but they just needed adjusting. Also got 3 slow running sinks flowing well again. Thanks for the great service.
They are a wonderful company. I got great service, nice guys and excellent work done for a very good price. Would Highly Recommend!!
