I had a very negative experience with Dr. Bracken. I went in to have stitches removed after a bad fall and while I was there I mentioned that I was still having a lot of leg pain after the fall. She abruptly said 'I am here to remove stitches, not to look at your leg.' I told her that I wanted her to look at it because I was having sharp pains just from walking and I pulled up my pant leg to show her my very bruised leg, and she said 'Ok. That's normal.
