Established patient in need of work-in appointment due to onset of condition. Management refused to schedule me for a work-in appointment & suggested that I contact my PCP for an appointment. "Very Unacceptable"
You are never herded through this clinic and you are treated with the utmost professionalism. Dr. Brakeen is extremely knowledgeable and skilled in his assessment and treatment. I have been in clinics around the country and would rate this one at the top of the list. They are also more friendly than your average medical practice.
I have been a patient with Dr. Jeff Brackeen for almost a year. The office is clean, organized and the staff is professional. Dr. Brackeen has taken the time to listen to my concerns, and doesn't make me feel rushed or that I'm bothering him. He is very knowledgeable, and I like that whenever I need a new treatment, he offers me different alternatives and explain what they are and/or do. I would also like to mention that Clay and Raquel are friendly and very professional.

Dr. may be great the office staff is not responsive. My college son saw the dr. once and when it was time to get a refill he called the office 3 times, but has not been able to get anyone to call him back for a month!

I am sorry to hear of your son's frustration. We strive to give excellent service to our patients. It is our policy to return all phone messages recieved within 24 hours if we are unable to answer them during clinic. We want to be sure that all of our patients are well taken care of by the staff and by Dr. Brackeen. If these expectations were not met please call our office and ask for Jennifer, our office manager, as we want to make sure that our response to pateints is prompt.
Dr. Brackeen is an excellent dermatologist. He's knowledgeable in skin care and skin cancer. He takes time with his patients and has a great bedside manner. Plus his office is really nice and comfortable. It's also easy to get a quick appointment with him!
Great doctor!! Was very thorough and very nice! Took his time examining me and my husband!! Would definitely recommend this doctor!!
Dr. Brackeen is the best!! He is knowledgeable, makes you feel like a person and not just another number coming through the door. He takes his time, cares about your concerns, very professional and makes the patient super comfortable. I would highly recommend his practice!
