Staff there came across as rude, short, demanding, and not helpful probably because most patients who go there are children. That’s how they talk to you even if you’re an adult and I found it to be unpleasant. The doctor was okay; could have provided better explanations and the “caring” services how others are describing here. I personally do not recommend. Poor experience overall.
I cannot recommend Dr. Asbury and his staff enough! As an adult needing orthodontic treatment, I was hesitant to pursue the idea of braces or Invisalign. But after meeting Dr. Asbury and his team, my mind was put at ease. From the moment I walked into the beautifully designed office, I knew I was in good hands.
