I recently got braces from Braces Omaha on a Thursday. That Friday night of (Memorial Day Weekend) one of my braces came lose. Dr. Stevens had called me and left me a message letting me know he was calling me to make sure I was doing okay. I called him back Saturday a.m. and explained to him what happened. Dr. Stevens asked me to meet him at his office that day and he would fix the problem. I met him at the office and within 30 minutes he corrected the problem.
