I took my child to Braces in Markham to be monitored by Dr. Mui for over 4 years. During that time, no preventative options such as a palate expander or Myobrace were ever offered. After years of passive observation, we were suddenly told that my child would need 4 permanent teeth extracted followed by braces. (I expected braces, but not the 4 extractions). My son has 2+ years of great experience with Dr. Bennett and his staff for his braces. I feel their professionalism, passion and patience during the whole process. I have recommended Dr. Bennett to my three friends and their kids are now his patients too.
This is the worst place ever - thanks to the person at reception who just answered the call. I have been trying to contact this place and left more than a couple of messages, but did not get any response. When I finally called today, this person (a lady if she is to be called that) answered but was utterly UNPROFESSIONAL, CONDESCENDING, in other words...downright RUDE!
