Every time my daughter goes in to her appointment she sees someone different and they are not charting her treatment so the next doctor has no idea what her treatment plan is and she is NOT getting the correct treatment! We are paid in full and do not feel she is where she should be in her treatment at all. Very dissatisfied and the braces will not be coming off until her smile is where she wants it to be and we get the quality of treatment we paid for!!!
