We are new patients and today was our first visit to the office and I was so impressed. From check in to the time we left it was a warm and friendly experience. Terribly rude staff. Particularly, the woman in charge of discussing finances. She made several snide, off color comments to me throughout the consultation. She even criticized the photos taken of me. Additionally, I felt an overtone of judgment surrounding my occupation. There's a fine line between small talk versus probing for information. The entire thing felt rushed and inattentive.
This was the most enjoyable experience. The office was always clean and decorated nice. The staff was always personable and informative. Dr. Ruth kept me informed on how the treatment was going. My estimated time of treatment was on point. She was very down to earth and worked great with her staff. I always feels like family when I go. The work she does is amazing and worth every penny spent.
Braces by Dr. Ruth is a amazing office. The staff is nice and gentle with your teeth. The environment is very warm and the staff is friendly. Today my Braces were removed and they made experience i had over the years were great.. Dr. Ruth is a true Captain she lead by example I've never seen her without a smile on her face that speaks a ton about the environment of the office.
Dr. Ruth is great! Both of our children have been patients of hers - one for 4 years and one for 2 years. The smile results are wonderful, but so is the relationship Dr. Ruth builds with your family. The office atmosphere is friendly and fun with a lot of rewards and contests. The office location is so convenient. Highly recommend.
She is a very nice lady Her staff is caring and loving. U couldn't ask for any more from them. And my teeth look a whole lot better because of them.
Well the staff maybe friendly they sure aren't caring toward your child's need. My teenager daughter was so excited about getting braces I was referred by her dentist. Well when we initially set up the appointment they said she could not miss her appointment or she wouldnt be able to set her another one at all a policy they made up well they set her a day and time.
