Extremely disappointed with Willow Orthodontics after they took over Braces Braces. My daughter was a patient at the East Cobb location under Dr. Kar and had her braces removed in 2023. At the time, we were clearly told that one lost retainer replacement would be covered at no cost—a promise that was part of the original treatment plan. No wonder Ya’ll are closing. Your workers are always rude and annoyed. The employees at braces braces were extremely personable while these people ignore their patients to gossip with each other.
