Got my braces here with full & complete treatment. The ladies at the front desk are professional. Everything is done here with care, attentiveness, and with routine. I've had 0 issues with treatment, appointments, etc. I called one day, the nextbday I came in and they put the braces on. My teeth are now perfectly staright! 10/10 would recommend!

Braces Braces convington give the WORST customer service. My son missed his appointment on 4-28 and the reschedule is almost a month away. The amount of time they cancelled appointments we had scheduled way in advance. I was very accommodating and understanding, even when I drove all the way there to be told the doctor can’t see anymore patients. They even recently cancelled my son’s appointment the morning of the appointment, telling me that all the staff is sick. Do I look stupid, y’all need TO DO BETTER. Horrible service ... read more
New patient can never reach anyone I know everyone in patient registration by name at this point That’s how much I’ve called and have not been successful with speaking to anyone in the Covington location.
