Braces Braces convington give the WORST customer service. My son missed his appointment on 4-28 and the reschedule is almost a month away. The amount of time they cancelled appointments we had scheduled way in advance. I was very accommodating and understanding, even when I drove all the way there to be told the doctor can’t see anymore patients. They even recently cancelled my son’s appointment the morning of the appointment, telling me that all the staff is sick. Do I look stupid, y’all need TO DO BETTER. Horrible service ... read more

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this office. I was scheduled for an 8:30 AM appointment to have my braces removed, arrived on time, and waited about 10–15 minutes before being told that my permanent retainer, which goes behind my teeth, hadn’t arrived yet. Instead of notifying me beforehand, they waited until I was already there to tell me and asked if I could come back later in the afternoon—something I couldn’t do due to work and transportation issues.
