The new Madison Yards Orthodontist ( sorry I forgot your name) and team is Professional and honest with you about your treatment options, your progress and what needs to be done. I like Adrian’s focus on Continuity of care and doing a high quality job every time . Her coworker (sorry again for the senior moment) is a great client educator. She is patient and answers all of your questions.The receptionist is kind and efficient . The office atmosphere is friendly and calm. I highly recommend them.
Dr. Markos is an exceptional orthodontist. I originally came in for an Invisalign consultation because my dentist recommended it for better oral hygiene. My biggest fear with orthodontic treatment has always been tooth extraction, due to previous painful experiences. From our very first meeting, Dr. Markos truly listened to my concerns. I started a 16-month aligner plan, but the clinic never informed me they would be closing when I began treatment. They mismanaged existing patients, gave no proper guidance, refused a refund, and even removed the Marietta location from Google Maps. Very unprofessional. On top of that, the lady I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude, and the management team has been careless and irresponsible.
Disappointing Experience and Lack of Consistency My experience here was frustrating and drawn out over two years—just to address a relatively minor orthodontic issue. During that time, I saw three different orthodontists, which really highlights the lack of continuity and high turnover at this practice. Dr Markos has given me a perfect smile FAST with Invisalign. He recently took over the Willow office and I am GRATEFUL. He is also doing my husbands teeth with Invisalign and his are going quick and look great. I cannot recommend this office enough. They are great at customer service, work with my ever changing schedule to accommodate me and my teeth look as perfect as can be.
