Coco the receptionist is extremely rude. I called to reschedule my appointment because I had a death In my family and she acted as if I was being an inconvenience to her. I’m happy I came and read the reviews while on the phone with her now I can take my business elsewhere.
The best ortho office around! The staff is always so respectful and kind. Never had an issue with anyone and Bianca always has top tier customer service the times I’ve spoken to her. Prices are fair. Super quick appointments. Convenient location.

My permanent retainer came out of my mouth Wednesday August 13th. I called Braces Braces to advise what occurred. The representative I spoke with advised permanent retainers should not come out. The representative scheduled me for Tuesday at 9AM at the McDonough location. When I checked in, I was told it would be $230.00. The day I signed up to get my braces, I loved the office. I ended up getting braces for my 3 children and myself. At one of our next appointments I had an incident where I didn’t appreciate the comments the manager said to me but let it go. I should have switched offices that day. Today, it is storming raining, my kids run inside (in the rain) at 11:33 for an 11:30 appointment, and they send them back outside saying they are going to lunch.
