Office manager does not follow up and doesn't disclose everything in the initial consultation. I have called at least four times in the last month about billing issues and noone has responded. I gave both insurances at the 1st visit for my son in February '24. I had requested a statement of what insurance has paid in 2024 and received the payment statement that is our responsibility. Turns out one insurance is waiting on the office to provide info and they office never billed the secondary insurance!!! When my son went to hi... read more
The office manage at the McDonough location is completely unprofessional. The constant lies of not following up on claims and not taking care of customer request. Bianca was rude and loud during the conversation. Her lack of understanding the basic medical insurance information to process claims is evident in the fact that she didn’t understand the case or how to process it. By far the worst customer service experience since going to the location.
The customer service and attentiveness shown for each customer is amazing. I love when staff know their customers and remember them specifically.
Everybody so nice and welcoming! Very clean nice environment, would recommend to anyone to pick this location!
The office staff is lovely. We have enjoyed our in person experience very much. I will say that scheduling an 8am appt you still won't get called back until 815 atleast Call Center - Horrible Customer service. Information was not relayed to the office. No one bothered to put in the call back request or the request for change in card. Placing me on what they thought was a hold and I could hear sidebar conversation.
