Amber and Deasja made my braces experience way better than I expected. They were both super kind, patient, and explained everything clearly so I never felt confused or nervous. Quick and efficient
I must say this has been a wonderful journey . I got my braces off October 1st 2025 and when I tell you , when it comes to customer service this business nailed it .! I’ve never had a bad experience here . I’m super proud of the staff here everyone has been amazing . I’m so happy my teeth came out so perfect! Shout out to everyone here !
I am very disappointed with the lack of communication regarding my orthodontic insurance coverage. At the beginning of the year, when my insurance changed, I proactively contacted the office to confirm that my orthodontic treatment would still be covered. I was told I would be notified if anything changed. Unfortunately, I did not receive any communication until October 2025—nearly ten months later—when the office manager informed me that my new insurance does not cover orthodontic treatment.
