I took my son to Braces Braces for a Consultation for braces. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor was very patient and explained the process and answered all my questions. I will do another post after my son's braces are put on.
SCAM!! This place is complete bull. I came in for a consult an ended up deciding to get proceed solely on the price that i was giving that day at (THAT TIME ). Paperwork was signed , i paid the down payment and i got the braces. Fast forward to the following week i had to go back into the office to get a wire that was cutting my gum cut shorter i get there , check in and was told they would call me up when the doctor is ready, they called me back to the desk about 5 minutes later and i was given a piece of paper with a total... read more

The ortho and getting my actual braces has been wonderful but the communication from the staff is horrid. It’s almost impossible to get in contact with someone from the office over the phone. The hack I’ve been doing to actually get in touch with someone is selecting that I’m a “new customer” and that usually gets someone on the phone promptly. My experience was phenomenal I met with the office manager Bianca, she did a great job Explaining my benefits and Auto pockets with my insurance I have. The office was very inviting and very clean. Dr lee and the staff are very polite and welcoming. Thank you !
