Everything thus far has been as stated. Super impressed with the service we have received for our son.
Dr. long did my braces over 15 years ago. I absolutely love my smile now as an adult. The staff was always super friendly. Loved this office!
Receptionist was very rude when I called as an adult to ask for information regarding a permanent retainer that was put in my mouth as a teenager. Didn't bother to have my file pulled up or anything or get with Dr. Long to reach out to me with some answers. Said its the dentists job to check that stuff and reach out to them and if I didnt go to the dentist every six months then it was pretty much on me. Good job lady. You're a big help (sarcasm)
Very kind, I have been with them for about 2 years and when I felt there were issues with the way things were with my teeth they made sure to fix it.
