So far a great experience
Our experience at Dr. Shawn Long's office has been nothing short of excellent. The office is clean and welcoming, and the staff is friendly and professional every single time we visit. What we appreciate most is how straightforward they are — they give us exactly the information we need without overcomplicating things. They've never tried to upsell us on unnecessary treatments, which speaks volumes about their integrity. It genuinely feels like they have our son's best interests at heart. Highly recommend!
Very nice employees. Never felt uncomfortable or scared.
We have had 2 children go through braces with Dr. Long and Dr. McCrea. The staff was always professional, caring and gentle. We highly recommend.
