Comida excelente, desde a coxinha e outras entradas, os risotos, filés, peixes, até as sobremesas, como o maravilhoso churros de doce de leite e o petit gateau sensacional! I've been to Braccia many times in the past and never had a bad experience until tonight. We had reservations for 7h15, got there at 7h10, got ok seats outside and waited some time for a waiter. When he finally got there, we ordered waters that took forever to come and then I asked for Carpaccio and Eduardo said they were out of it. Well first off they were packed. We got shoved into a little table between two large parties. The appetizer was good. Great flavor. Then the meals came. Mine was pretty good. It had a great flavor. My husband's was bland and cold. Not a great start. The waiter never came back to check on us. It's like we got lost between the two parties and it was like no one cared. Horrible service and my food came out cold. Waited and waited for the server to come back to table and never came to table. Food was even colder by the time we finally got someone to the table. Very disappointed!
