I currently rent, my landlords used Bracci roofing to replace a roof that was in a much needed state for it. Growing up during the summers as a teen I would do roofing and I have experience and knowledge about it. They got the job done and the roof is better than it was but they could have done much better. The roof of our newly purchased property was done in 2020 by this company. The inspection before purchase showed there is a gap in the roof, after calling them to come check it out, the gentleman on the phone was EXTREMELY RUDE, short of speech and not responsive at all. Rudely said he might come check it out the next day and never showed up... also said there was no guarantee for the job, doesn’t make much sense since it was so recently done.
